Interested in sports activities? We aim to provide a range of information and resources on sports in North East England and national organisations for sports for people with a disability.

Whether you are blind, deaf, an amputee, paraplegic, in a wheelchair or have any other disability or handicap we hope to provide suitable information on your preferred disabled sports or fitness activity.

We appreciate that sport for disabled people is much more varied than the stereotypical images of wheelchair basketball or wheelchair racing and hope to provide information on a wider range of disabled sports.
