The magazine contains lots of news, and features about leisure, work, sports, arts and a wide range of other subjects which will interest you whether or not you have a disability.
The first issue was published on February 2nd. 2004 in the North East of England. Eventually the circulation will cover the UK, with over 150,000 copies distributed by subscription to individuals and free through large supermarkets, leisure and community venues, NHS waiting rooms, organisations for disabled people and their carers and other places that readers request.
